Epic is offering free subscriptions at this time, due to the circumstances. I have signed up the class for this platform as well. It has lots of popular books that the students are interested in like Big Nate. In order for me to complete the sign up for the students though, I do need a parent email. I will ask parents permission to add their email addresses when I make my calls.

If families need to know their library card numbers they can call our Welcome Desk at 604-998-3450 and answer a couple of questions.
As well people who need a library card number to access our databases, ebooks, etc. and don’t have a library card – they can fill out a form on line and they will receive a digital card to use.
WorldBooks has extended complimentary access to all of its resources for the month of April, and there’s some awesome stuff on there (full encyclopedia, eBooks, and activities): https://www.nvcl.ca/research/onlineresources#w
Information about Solaro. A database with B.C. curriculum. I have checked and your families can log in with any library card registered with NVCL.
